Hybrid Mammoplasty is done in cases where only the use of silicone implants won’t be enough to improve the shape of the breasts or leave them looking closer, so we associate the technique of lipo engraftment (grafting of the patient’s own fat cells), known as Mixed Mammoplasty or Hybrid Mammoplasty.

The goal is to add volume and contour in deficient areas where the prosthesis cannot fill. The result is supposed to be subtle and natural. We can also perform it, to hide imperfections and improve asymmetries between the breasts.

We prefer to associate fat grafting to reach the best results in filling and contouring the breasts, rather than using very large implants, which can distort muscle anatomy and breast tissue.

The fat will be collected from common areas of fat accumulation (inside the thighs, breeches or abdomen) by delicate and specific instruments and will be treated for the performance of the micrograft (Microfat Grafting).
