This is a technique used in mammoplasties, with the inclusion of implants where we create a sling from the pectoralis major muscle, that keeps the implants centralized and upwards. The aim is to hold the breasts, avoiding premature sagging in those patients who have very loose skin and breasts. We can also perform the internal bra technique (Internal-Bra) associated with the Muscular sling for better results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is a surgical evolution described by the surgeons Marcelo Ono and Bruno Karner, who, with this technique, in 2019 won the award for the best scientific work presented in Latin America.
